REFORMATTING OF NOKIA HANDSET

There are two reformatting method depending on the issue.

       Soft Reformatting

v  When you have issue with some services such as SMS.

ü  Ensure handset is fully charged

ü  Dial *#7370#

       Hard Reformatting

v  When the Operating System is corrupt

ü  Ensure that handset is fully charged

ü  Hold “green button”, “3” and * simultaneously

ü  Then press the “ON” button (Don’t leave any of the 4 buttons)

ü  Formatting is displayed

ü  Hold down the 4 buttons until formatting is completed.

ü  Handset now formatted like from factory.

NOTE: You may need the assistance of one more person for the Hard Reformatting.
